Eric Wilcox Uhrynowski - Principal
With nearly three decades in luxury hospitality from New York City cocktail bars to the private clubs of Palm Beach Eric Uhrynowski has built his career around the craft, systems, and service culture behind exceptional beverages.
Living and working for eight years in Punta de Mita, Eric understands the specific and unique needs and wants of this areas luxury guests. Eric designs, develops, and manages integrated beverage programs for luxury villas, boutique hotels, and private hospitality portfolios throughout Riviera Nayarit. After first experiencing Punta Mita as a guest, he recognized a missing piece in the villa experience: beverages were rarely given the same intention as architecture, cuisine, design, or service. That insight became the foundation for Villa Beverage Management.
Eric’s work transforms beverages from an afterthought into a signature hospitality touchpoint. His programs combine inventory systems, purchasing workflows, vendor relationships, staff training, SOPs, cost controls, and service standards creating a fully integrated back-end beverage department for single villas or entire property portfolios.
At the heart of his approach is a proprietary modular drink system: a flexible framework that allows villas to serve refined, place-driven beverages without relying on elite bar talent at every moment. Built around the flavors, ingredients, and techniques of Mexico’s Pacific coast, his programs reduce waste, simplify operations, lower pour costs, and make exceptional drinks feel effortless.
